Day of Coordination
Basic | $850
- Maintain timeline to ensure flow of the day
- Coordinate ceremony
- Direct quests and wedding party throughout the day
- Manage vendor questions final payment (if needed), and gratuity
- Directing reception event elements such as bouquet toss, toasts, cake cutting, etc.
- Bride & Groom accommodations throughout the day
- Supervise with set up and clean up
- Assist with packing bride/groom belongings and extra food to exit vehicle
- Provide access to emergency kit
- Read and review all contracts prior to wedding
- Start vendor communications 1 week prior
- Handle any last minute emergencies
- 8 hours (additional time can be added for $100 a hour)

- Planning questionnaire to gather all vendor, ceremony, and reception details
- Review of all vendor invoices and contracts
- Five planning meetings, including a venue walkthrough and final vendor meetings
- Vendor communication and management, including confirmation of services, setup needs, arrival times, and final event details
- Custom vendor timeline covering the entire wedding day, from preparation to send-off
- Wedding party and family timeline for key moments
- Ceremony coordination plan, including processional/recessional order and music selection

Wedding Weekend & Day-of Coordination
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal management
- Lead Coordinator on-site for 10 hours
- Coordination Assistant on-site for 8 hours
- Setup of personal decor items (excludes florals, centerpieces, installations, and place settings)
- Oversee vendor setup and ensure all plans are executed as outlined
- Direct and manage wedding day timeline, ceremony, and reception

- End-of-night personal item packing (excludes table clearing, trash removal, and floral teardown)
