Agreement: This agreement is subject to all terms and conditions outlined below. The coordinator will consult with
clients prior to the wedding to review and go over any and all requests and to go over the timeline along with any
other requested documents. On the day of the event, the coordinator will arrive at the contracted starting time,
provide coordination and assistance throughout the event and conclude services at the time originally agreed upon.
Coordinator also has the right to take and post to business sites any pictures from the wedding day. Lastly,
Coordinator is allowed to partake in any food and non-alcoholic beverages that are served to guests/wedding parties
on wedding day. If the coordinator is there for over 8 hours both lunch and dinner must be provided. Coordinator
will not partake in any alcoholic beverages unless directly given by the bride or groom.
Additional Fees: Any Wedding that has more than 100 guests and/or more than one location will require a Wedding
Coordinator Assistant with a fee of $250-$500. Additionally, any wedding venue that is located more than 20 miles
outside of the DFW/Houston area may require a travel/housing fee (this will be agreed upon prior to signing of
contract). Any additional hours added onto the day-of packages either prior to or on wedding day will result in a
$100 per hour fee. If the additional hours are after midnight, this will result in a $150 per hour fee. Full and partial
planning packages include 10 hours for day of coordinating. Additional hour charges will apply if day-of coordinating
exceeds 10 hours and will be $100 an hour. There is no hourly rate for full or partial planning services.
Payments: Payment of deposit must be paid to confirm booking of coordinator. Package payment must be paid in
full 60 days prior to the wedding date. Failure to make full payment 60 days prior to the wedding date, may result
in service cancellation. Any outstanding balance not paid will result in a $50 a day charge until the balance is paid
in full. Any additional fees must be made to the coordinator before the end of the wedding day. Payments may be
made via “Zelle, Venmo, or Cash”. Payment Plans are available for partial planning. Please discuss this with your
coordinator. Gratuity is not included or required but always appreciated.
Health and Safety: The client(s) expressly agree(s) to take best efforts to provide Coordinator and Coordinator’s
staff with safe and appropriate working conditions. In the event of health concerns, harassment, unsafe work
environment, etc. Coordinator reserves the right to end service coverage immediately and/or leave the
[event/wedding/session]. Coordinator shall be entitled to retain all monies paid and Client(s) agree to relieve and
hold coordinator harmless as a result of incomplete event coverage, or for a lapse in the quality of coordinator's
work.
Cancellation Policy: If for any reason the client must cancel services prior to wedding day the client forfeits the
right to any refund on the deposit paid. Should you cancel services within 90 days prior to the wedding date, full
payment will be due. If services are canceled 120 days before the wedding date, 70% of payment will be due. If the
client wishes to changethe package to a lower priced package, then the client forfeits the right to any deposit
already paid.
