Wedding Weekend & Day-of Coordination

1-hour ceremony rehearsal management.
Lead Coordinator on-site for 10 hours.
Coordination Assistant on-site for 8 hours.
Setup of personal decor items (excludes florals, centerpieces, installations, and place settings).
Oversee vendor setup and ensure all plans are executed as outlined.
Direct and manage wedding day timeline, ceremony, and reception.
Provide assistance to the couple, wedding party, and guests as needed.
End-of-night personal item packing (excludes table clearing, trash removal, and floral teardown).

Begins up to 6 months prior to your wedding.
Includes all of Month of package.
Budget building and management including payment reminders.
Personality questionnaire to determine style
In depth meetings to cover details and desires (Zoom or in person)
Monthly planning check-ins with follow up emails.
Unlimited email and text correspondence within business hours.
Vendor recommendations, selection and contractual obligations.
Review all contracts prior to signing
